DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Please be aware this can increase during busy periods, we will contact you if this is the case.

We accept returns for items in UNUSED condition only. Returns & refunds can only be processed if requested within 7 days from when the item was delivered. The item must then be sent back within 14 days for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for cost of postage. To start a return please email us at sales@missyandboo.co.uk

If your item/s arrive damaged then please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve this matter as soon as possible.
